You see who looked.
Every brand profile view is logged in your dashboard: which org, from which industry, on what date. If you don't want a callback, you don't need to wait for a request.
FaceLedger is the infrastructure private individuals use to license their likeness, on their own terms, with documented consent, with control over every single request. You don't need to be a model.
Earnings
FaceLedger calculates license prices by channels, geography, duration, and company size. You receive 65 % of it. The rest covers platform operation, contract generation, review, and legal infrastructure. Three example scenarios:
Startup, social-only, 1 country, 3 months, face only
SMB, social + print, DACH, 6 months, face + body
Enterprise, multi-channel, EU, 12 months, all approved
Estimated ranges. Actual license amounts are computed per request and shown transparently before your approval. Payout after approval and campaign start via Stripe Connect.
Real people
AI models are trained on billions of photos from the web. Advertising uses real faces across every channel. Lawsuits over unauthorized use run into the millions. Many people only find out once the campaign has long since run. Some never find out at all. At the same time, companies are no longer just looking for model faces. They need people who look like their customers: every age group, every type, real everyday life.
Put your look to work for you. With your consent and your share.
The path
Six steps, system-guided. You need your phone and ideally a second person for the photos. Solo also works.
Email, password, phone. SMS verification. That's it for the start.
A live selfie, a photo of your ID, and a photo of you holding a slip with a system-generated code. Three things the FL team checks objectively. No assessment.
Choose what may be shown: face, hands, upper body clothed, full body, optional detail shots. What you don't approve doesn't exist, not even for a later request.
Structured list: politics, religion, alcohol, tobacco, gambling, automotive, pharma, defense, video games, lingerie advertising. Pick what you allow, or none.
Mobile-guided workflow: required poses per visibility category, in-browser quality check (brightness, sharpness, resolution) before upload. Failed shot? Retake immediately.
FL team checks photos for technical quality, no aesthetic judgment, closed reject codes. Approved? Your dataset enters the brand pool. You decide every incoming request individually.
What you control
FaceLedger is not stock. There is no blanket license. Every brand request appears individually in your dashboard, with brand name (after your release), industry, channels, geography, duration, and compensation. You say yes or no. Without justification.

02
Block list at company, industry, or company-size level. Blocked companies don't see you in search, you also receive no requests.
03
Closing your account immediately blocks new requests. Active licenses wind down via a contractually defined process, depending on the agreement with the brand. Data export available anytime.
Standard or Verified
Self-service for most. Personal onboarding for people with public identities.
Your data
For search and your dataset we store what can be seen: height, build, hair and eye color, skin tone, visible features. What we deliberately do not have, neither as a data field nor as a filter:
Companies search via six structured fields: region, age (5-year bin), presentation, hair color, visibility, industry compatibility. That's all. Search results appear in random order so no one is systemically favored.

No. Registration, verification and uploads are free. Money only flows in your direction: 65 % of the net license price of every license.
Excluded, for everyone and without exception. Nudity, sexualized portrayals and degrading contexts are categorically prohibited and written into every license agreement.
No. Every license covers one campaign with defined channels, territory and duration. The company may vary pose, clothing, styling and setting. Your identity stays intact and your real name never appears in the advertising.
You decide every request individually and can decline without giving a reason. If you withdraw entirely, your profile goes offline and no new licenses are created. Campaigns already running may use their material until the end of the term and your compensation remains yours.
Via Stripe to your own account. The payout is initiated 14 days after your acceptance. You see your share in euros before you accept.
Only campaign-specific and with a deletion obligation after the term ends. General training and facial recognition are contractually prohibited. FaceLedger itself stores your photos, but no AI models and no embeddings of your face.
