The subscription is not a usage license. It covers storage and internal testing. Every publication requires a new license, and the person receives 65 % of every license. It requires the person's pool consent. If they withdraw it, their dataset is deleted within 14 days. All subscription prices are net, plus statutory VAT where applicable.

Common pricing questions.
Why no fixed list price?
A license on a likeness isn't a standard product, price depends on scope, reach, and sensitivity. We publish the formula openly instead of guessing a flat rate.
What does the talent receive?
A flat 65% of the license fee, regardless of license size. Public Figures negotiate individually.
Are the packages binding?
No. They load an example configuration into the calculator. Every axis is adjustable.
How is company size verified?
At contract signing you represent your company size in the contract. Misrepresentation can invalidate it.
Are taxes included?
No. All prices are net. Statutory VAT is added where applicable; it is included in the amount collected and shown on the statement as required by law.
Do I get exclusive use?
By default, no. Exclusivity is a separate axis negotiated individually.
Why a subscription if every license is paid for individually?
The subscription buys availability, not usage. Companies keep datasets of licensed people available for internal tests after a campaign ends, with the person's consent. Publication only happens through a new license, and the person receives 65 % of it.
